Seller agrees to sell Buyer a puppy born from the Astro Litter on May 30, 2022 Astro Litter

Dam: Bellatrix LeStrange Holden
For the sum of $750
1) The Buyer agrees to provide a life-long commitment, comfortable environment, prompt medical attention, proper grooming and responsible care. This includes keeping this puppy/dog parasite free and up to date with inoculations, proper nutrition, which consists of a good quality food given at regular intervals, and fresh water available at all times. The Buyer promises to provide a safe environment for the dog. Leash laws and proper fencing are tools to keep your puppy/dog safe. The Seller strongly recommends that the puppy/dog be microchipped or tattooed in order to facilitate his return if lost or stolen.
2) The Seller guarantees this puppy/dog to be of sound health and temperament at the time of this sale. A health record of all shots and wormings will be provided by the Seller. The Buyer agrees to take this dog to a licensed veterinarian of his choice within 72 hours for a physical examination. Should puppy/dog be determined to be in ill health, the cause of which is clearly attributable to the Seller, the dog may, upon signed written diagnosis from said veterinarian, be returned for refund of the purchase price.
3) If the Buyer can no longer retain possession of this puppy/dog, the Seller requests to be notified and given first option of resuming full ownership of puppy/dog. Refunds, if any, will be at the discretion of the Seller. The dog will be returned with all medical records. Should any circumstance arise that affects the quality of life of this dog, the Seller is to be informed. Under no circumstance will this puppy/dog be sold, leased, traded, or given away to any pet shop, research laboratory, animal shelter, or similar facility.
4) The Buyer agrees to contact the Seller with any questions/concerns that arise regarding, housing, diet, health, or training. This provides the Seller with an opportunity to follow up on the puppy/dog and gives the Seller important feedback and information on the health of our dogs for future generations.
5) It is understood at the time of sale that this is a pet quality dog and it is representative of its breed. Training classes are recommended for a happy relationship between the dog and family. PetSmart offers training classes and other classes can be found that provide excellent training. The Buyer agrees to register the dog using the kennel name of Astro Poodles.
The preceding paragraphs contain conditions established to ensure the well-being of the puppy/dog, but also to uphold and maintain the reputation of quality that Astro Poodles has established.
