Reserve an Astro Poodle

Thank you very much for choosing an Astro Poodle puppy.

 
This sheet is an initial agreement outlining the nature of the deposit made to reserve a puppy. The deposit will be attributed to the purchase fee – which will be addressed in a complementary agreement to be signed and completed by you when you take your puppy home. 

Please initial the following statements.

________ I agree to pay $350 to reserve ____________________, (fill in name of dog) a Poodle puppy, raised by Astro Poodles, and understand that this deposit is non-refundable. 

________ I understand that making this deposit does not hold me accountable for paying the full cost of purchase for the puppy, should I choose not to adopt at the time of pick-up. 

________ I understand that if the puppy I have reserved becomes unavailable to purchase for medical reasons or otherwise, my deposit will be re-allocated to another puppy in the litter. If there are no additional puppies available, this deposit will be refunded in full.

· Credit Card or PayPal – To submit your deposit by PayPal or credit card, please send us an email at janisht@gmail.com, and we will forward you a link to do so. Please note that there is a small 3% fee to cover the expenses we incur for credit card transactions. 

· Cash or Check – Please address checks to Janis Holden-Toruno for the deposit amount of $350. They can be mailed to 5661 Highbourne Drive, Naples, FL 34113.
